I am a K-12 teacher of Informatics (currently at Administration of Primary Education of Serres, Serres, Greece), a phd candidate working with the SWENG group at the Department of Informatics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a contributor to two important European IST projects (SQO-OSS and FLOSSMETRICS).
Research
My main research interests rely on the field of Software Engineering, particularly Software Quality, Measurment and Emperical Software Engineering in Free/Libre/Open Source Software (FLOSS) development. The subject of my undergraduate dissertation was "Analysis of the Maintainability of Open Source Software" and this is continued in my PhD research. I have also contributed to several National Funded R&D Projects in areas like Knowledge Management, Distance Certification and more.

Social Networking - Social Media - Other
I am (very) interested in what we call "social media" like blogs, myspace, podcasts and Web 2.0 in general. Although not a competent web designer (I know xhtml+css), I like good web design and design in general... And of course I like listening to music!
